Restored built-in gutters around atrium skylights to include power washing for preparation. Installed Vulkem 350/351 urethane waterproofing system in gutters and necessary counterflashings. Installed two hot rubberized asphalt roofs.

Mechanically attached DensDeck Prime to metal decking, torch applied vapor barrier and set two layers of iso insulation and a layer of DensDeck Prime with low rise adhesive. Installed Sarnafil Decor roof system; associated metal flashings, gutters, and spouts; metal wall panels; and custom snow rail system.

Removed existing shingle roof and installed nail board insulation, 40-year laminate shingle, custom louvres, and custom flashings with roof slope of 48/12.

Maintenance and repair work to include removal of existing siding, installation of new Hardie Plank siding, installation of new Azek fascia boards, removal of vent stacks and patching of miscellaneous holes in the corrugated metal roof. Installed new metal siding where abandoned windows existed.

Installed multiple new roof areas including: 39 separate roofs with hot applied modified, 15 cricket areas with hot applied modified, 6 tile roof and exterior systems, 18 metal roofs with 24-gauge standing seam, and 5 peel and stick roofs.

Installed TPO roof and EPDM gutter liner on the Hall of Remembrance and made miscellaneous hot rubberized asphalt repairs on main roof.

Historic dome renovation to include removal of existing copper metal on dome for reuse, repair of wood decking and framing as necessary installation of .060 fully-adhered EPDM rubber membrane, and reinstallation of copper dome.
